doTerra Ylang Ylang

Derived from unique star-shaped flowers, Ylang Ylang oil is often used in making perfumes and in aromatherapy.

Ylang Ylang is used to create a calm, positive atmosphere. Ylang Ylang is frequently used in luxurious hair and skin products for its scent and nourishing and protective properties. Taken internally, Ylang Ylang provides antioxidant support.* Ylang Ylang essential oil blends well with Bergamot, Geranium, Grapefruit, and Vetiver.

• Combine a few drops with Epsom salts and use in warm water for a relaxing bath.
• Use in a steam facial to refresh skin.
• Put on wrists for a sweet, floral perfume.
• Mix with a carrier oil for a deep hair conditioner.

Directions for Use:

Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
